Ten years after leaving my job as a design manager at Nike, I relaunched my career as a Marketing Manager for Watson Wyatt Worldwide's New England region.  It was quite an adventure, but accomplished within a six month time frame and successful in the end. Your book was the engine that drove it.  My husband picked up Back on the Career Track at the library in July 2008.  I was so inspired that I put together some goals and action plans which resulted in landing multiple offers with several companies.  Along the way I got together with a group of friends who were also looking, and this group approach helped the process significantly.
